To improve readiness and reduce turnover of Forward Deployed Naval Force (FDNF) sea duty units, the Navy announced May 1, that effective immediately, incoming first-term enlisted Sailors assigned to sea duty billets in Japan, Guam and Spain will be assigned to longer tour lengths, in NAVADMIN 107/18.
