Fleet Forces OPTASK VI message. This OPTASK redefines Navy requirements and procedures for the collection and dissemination of Visual Information (VI) that operational units must become familiar with, train to, and implement in their entirety.

This OPTASK supplement identifies PACFLT specific requirements and procedures for the collection and dissemination of Visual Information. Units operating in, and transiting through, the PACFLT AOR shall become familiar with these standards, train to, and implement them in their entirety.
