FY20 SELRES E4-E6 Quotas Released

WASHINGTON – Navy released the Selective Reserve (SELRES) Cycle 105 advancement quotas for E4-E6.
For SELRES E-6, advancement opportunity decreased from 19.79 last cycle to 19% percent this cycle. However, advancement opportunity remains at the 5-cycle average of 18.9 percent.
For SELRES E-5, advancement opportunity increased from 36.57 last cycle to 38% percent this cycle. Advancement opportunity remains above the 5-cycle average of 34.0 percent.
For SELRES E-4, advancement opportunity increased from 80.62 percent last cycle to 93% percent this cycle. Advancement opportunity remains above the 5-cycle average of 68.8 percent.
Overall advancement opportunity for SELRES includes Navy Wide Advancement Examination (NWAE) and Meritorious Advancement Program (MAP) for E5-E6 paygrades. SELRES advancement opportunity at the E4 paygrade NWAE, MAP and Accelerated Advancement Program (AAP).
