WASHINGTON — Navy released the Selected Reserve (SELRES) and Full Time Support (FTS) quotas for the chief petty officer selection board that convened May 20.

For SELRES E7, advancement opportunity decreased from 17.32 percent last cycle to 16.10 percent, however quotas increased from 448 last cycle to 475 this cycle. The decrease in advancement opportunity this cycle was a direct result of 365 additional board eligible Sailors this cycle.
The FTS E7 advancement opportunity of 20.85% is an increase over the ten-year average of 18.97% and all ratings have opportunity for advancement. This cycle there are a total of 216 FTS E7 quotas.
