NMCB 4 Builds Partnerships

Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 4's Construction Civic Action Detail consists of a small group of Sailors currently working on the Island of Cebu, Philippines.
The group works hand-in-hand with the Philippine government on various school construction projects and renovations of social welfare facilities.
Their joint efforts seek to build interoperability between the U.S. and Philippine militaries and to build the ability of the Philippine government and Philippine Army engineers to respond to natural disasters while creating meaningful and lasting relationships with the Philippine people.
