Fireman 1st Class Charles E. Mowbray, Jr. fought in some of the Pacific theater's most harrowing battles during World War II. For 67 years, he kept photos of the medals he earned in an envelope because he was never officially awarded them. In this video, see how a group of 3rd graders honors Mr. Mowbray's legacy with a surprise award ceremony.
