Every Day in the Navy
31 July 2013
Missing Summary
Every day your shipmates are writing tomorrow's Navy history through their actions today. "All Hands Magazine" has been a staple of information for Sailors for more than the past 80 years, and this "Every Day in the Navy" section is intended to build on that heritage.
This section should be 'For Sailors, By Sailors,' as the magazine's mission states. This is every Sailor's opportunity to let the rest of the Navy know what their shipmates and command are doing every day for America's Navy.
All you have to do to highlight your shipmates in this section of the magazine is send a short summary in an active voice and in concise bullets explaining what they're doing, and how their contribution, however large or small, is helping your command achieve the mission today. We prefer a photo or video to accompany the submission.
Email your submissions to: allhandsmagazine@dma.mil. Make sure to put "Every Day in the Navy" in the subject line of your email.
Also, we would love to hear what you think about our photos. Hit the "ADD COMMENT" button to join the conversation.
