Rear Admiral Gregory N. Todd, Chief of Navy Chaplains, traveled as a part of an official party alongside Admiral Lisa Franchetti, Chief of Naval Operations, Secretary of the Navy Carlos del Toro, National Security Advisor Mr. Jake Sullivan and Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy James Honea to welcome the Dwight D. Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group (IKECSG) home from deployment.
