ATLANTIC OCEAN (May 15, 2024) Quartermaster 2nd Class Samantha Jolley, assigned to the San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock USS New York (LPD 21) observes the Supply-class fast combat support ship USNS Arctic (T-AOE 8), during a replenishment-at-sea (RAS), May 15, 2024.
