PHILIPPINE SEA (May 23, 2024) Quartermaster Seaman Myron Baker, from Springtown, Texas, calculates the range between the U.S. Navy's only forward-deployed aircraft carrier, USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), and Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler, USNS John Ericsson (T-AO 194), from the pilot house in preparation for a fueling-at-sea and replenishment-at-sea in the Philippine Sea, May 23.
