SPOKANE, Wash. (May 15, 2024) A U.S. Navy explosive ordinance disposal (EOD) technician assists a St. Aloysius Gonzaga Catholic School student in donning a blast suit helmet during Spokane Navy Week. EOD Mobile Unit ELEVEN (EODMU-11) was at the school with Naval Special Warfare Assessment Command to teach and answer questions from students about the Navy Warrior Challenge rates. Naval Special Warfare is the nation's elite maritime special operations force, uniquely positioned to extend the Fleet's reach and gain and maintain access for the Joint Force in competition and conflict.
