GREAT LAKES, Ill. (April 19, 2024) Rear Adm. Jeffrey Czerewko, commander of Naval Education Training Command (NETC), uses the Visual Identification Virtual Reality (VIVR) training simulator used at the Surface Warfare Engineering Schools Command Great Lakes Boatswain's Mate "A" School during a visit to Naval Station Great Lakes accession training sites. The visit included touring facilities and engaging with students at NETC schools for surface warfare and combat systems, including observing the latest in modernized training methods for hands-on and other virtual reality simulations.
