(April 10, 2024) Fleet Master Chief Delbert Terrell, the Navy’s Fleet Master Chief of Personnel, Manpower, and Training, speaks about his experience at the 2024 Sea-Air-Space Exposition with All Hands Magazine, the Navy’s digital publication and the Defense Media Activity’s Navy production unit. During his time at the exposition, Terrell attended panel discussions and events focused on science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) for youth.
