Brett Mietus, director of the Navy Office of Culture and Force Resilience, answers a question during the "Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders" panel discussion at the 2024 Sea-Air-Space Exposition. Other panel members were: Kari Wilkinson, vice president of Huntington Ingalls Industries and president of Ingalls Shipbuilding; Rear Adm.
