Douglas Perry, commander of Joint Force Command Norfolk and U.S. 2nd Fleet, answers questions during the "Building and Sustaining the Arctic Infrastructure" panel at the 2024 Sea-Air-Space Exposition. With Perry on the panel are Vice Adm. Kevin Lunday, commander of Coast Guard Atlantic Area, Vice Adm.
