Caffrey, who also participates in Navy Junior ROTC, has plans to attend Harvard University in the fall. Recruiters from Navy Talent Acquisition Group (NTAG) Miami went to Boca Raton High School to announce the recipient. NTAG Miami has 38 recruiting locations throughout South Florida, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, with the combined mission to recruit the highest caliber Sailors to meet the needs of the fleet.
