NAVAL STATION ROTA, Spain (Feb. 26, 2024) Seabees from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11 and NMCB-133 use a 40-ton hydraulic crane to offload pallets of equipment from the Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Bulkely (DDG 84) at Naval Station Rota, Spain, Feb. 26, 2024. NMCB-11, assigned to the 22nd Naval Construction Regiment, is forward deployed across the U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa area of operations, in support of U.S. 6th Fleet maritime operations to defend U.S., allied, and partner interests.
