JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM (Feb. 16, 2024) The guided-missile destroyer USS Wayne E. Meyer (DDG 108) is moored at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard after completing a selected restricted maintenance availability eight days early. Entering the availability on Sept. 16, 2023, Wayne E.
