Kilby listens to a question from a senior enlisted student who is attending the U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Academy (SEA) at Naval Station Newport, R.I.,, Feb. 20, 2024. Kilby spent 90 minutes speaking to and answering questions from enlisted leadership who are currently attending the schoolhouse. His remarks focused on "Get Real, Get Better" and what the Navy is doing to prepare for combat this decade.
