FRCE celebrates Black History Month
Retired Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE) leader James Harper speaks during the 2024 Naval Air Systems Command National Black History Month Observance held at Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE) Feb. 15. Harper worked at FRCE for over 30 years, serving in various areas throughout the depot and earning many promotions.
