Theodore Roosevelt and Carl Vinson conducted a cross-deck family visit so that relatives and spouses stationed aboard the two ships could see one another while at sea. Theodore Roosevelt, flagship of Carrier Strike Group Nine, is underway conducting routine operations in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations.
