PACIFIC OCEAN (Jan. 28, 2024) Aviation Structural Mechanic 3rd Class Alvin Laluag, from Los Angeles, conducts routine maintenance on an F/A-18F Super Hornet, assigned to Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 41, in the hangar bay aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72). The Abraham Lincoln Carrier Strike Group is underway in the U.S. 3rd Fleet area of operations conducting advanced tactical training that increases warfighting capability and tactical proficiency across all domains.
