SOUTH CHINA SEA (Jan. 14, 2023) Sailors heave on a tending line during a replenishment-at-sea aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Hopper (DDG 70). Tending lines assist in moving pallets of cargo from one ship to another. Hopper is assigned to Carrier Strike Group ONE and deployed to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations in support of a free and open Indo-Pacific.
