NAVAL STATION NORFOLK (Dec. 3, 2023) A Sailor throws the messenger line to the pier from the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Ramage (DDG 61) as they return to homeport at Naval Station Norfolk, Dec. 3, 2023, after a seven-month deployment to the U.S. Naval Forces Europe area of operations.
