WASHINGTON (Nov. 30, 2023) - A team from the Naval Research Laboratory visits Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Lisa Franchetti for a demonstration of the Boston Dynamics Spot Enterprise robot “robo-dog,” at the Pentagon, Nov. 30. The goal for the "robo-dog" is to take on dangerous, mundane, and time-consuming underway tasks, as part of Franchetti’s long-term commitment with government, academia, and industry, to ensure the Navy modernizes and builds the fleet America needs.
