PHILIPPINE SEA (Nov. 19, 2023) The Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force Murasame-class destroyer JS Yudachi (DD 103), front, and the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Sterett (DDG 104) transit the Philippine Sea, Nov. 19, 2023. Sterett is part of Carrier Strike Group (CSG) 1 and is deployed to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations in support of a free and open Indo-Pacific.
