NUKU'ALOFA, Tonga (Nov. 18, 2023) Musician 2nd Class Haley Cameron, with the Pacific Partnership 2023 Woodwind Ensemble, teaches local Tongan children about how her flute produces music during a science, technology, engineering and mathematics event at the Tupou Tertiary Institute as part of a Pacific Partnership 2023 host nation outreach event, Nov. 18.
