YOKOSUKA, Japan (Oct. 24, 2023) Naval Hospital Yokosuka provide an ambulance and other medical equipment to showcase lifesaving and triage procedures during the First Responders Tuesday Night Lights event , Oct. 24, 2023, in the commissary parking lot at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY). First Responders Night is an event that unites our community and serves as a catalyst for building trust and strong relationship between our dedicated first responders (on and off base), including firefighters, police officers, paramedics, emergency medical technicians and the people they serve. For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
