GUAM (Sept. 12, 2023) A member of U.S. Coast Guard Law Enforcement Detachment 106 instructs Sailors as part of visit, board, search, and seizure (VBSS) training aboard the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Shiloh (CG 67), Sept. 12, 2023. Shiloh is deployed in support of the OMSI program, a Secretary of Defense program leveraging Department Of Defense assets transiting the region to increase the Coast Guard's maritime domain awareness, ultimately supporting its maritime law enforcement operations in Oceania.
