WASHINGTON (Sep. 14, 2023) Vice Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Lisa Franchetti delivers remarks during a commemoration of the 10th anniversary of the Washington Navy Yard shooting at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Sept. 16, 2023.
