KUANTAN, Malaysia (Sept. 13, 2023) Divers from U.S. Coast Guard, Royal Malaysian Navy, Malaysian Coast Guard, Fire and Rescue Department of Malaysia, and Republic of Korea conduct open water dives during Pacific Partnership 2023, Sept. 13, 2023.
