Students and faculty at the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) are exploring different aspects of disaster preparedness and response, with their research being adopted by Navy and state emergency management officials for the purpose of “building climate resilience” in line with the Secretary of the Navy’s “Climate Action 2030” strategy.
