JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM (July 7, 2023) Honolulu Fire Department (HFD) firefighters, in coordination with Commander Navy Region Hawaii (CNRH) Federal Fire Department (FFD), conduct a firefighting tactics demonstration, July 7, 2023, at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. HFD demonstrated forcible entry, fire attack, primary search and incident command communications at the FFD training tower on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. The mission of FFD is to provide exceptional fire and emergency services to the Department of Defense (DoD) by minimizing the loss of life, property, and damage to the environment throughout their area of responsibility.
