JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM (July 3, 2023) The Virginia-class fast-attack submarine USS Illinois (SSN 786) returns to Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam following a scheduled deployment in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations.
