The Philippines navy sent liaison officers to U.S. warships to exchange maritime logistics operations knowledge in order to strengthen the U.S.-Philippines naval alliance. Robert Smalls is forward-deployed to the U.S. 7th fleet area of operations in support of a free and open Indo-Pacific.
