PHILIPPINE SEA (June 22, 2023) The Independence-variant littoral combat ship USS Manchester (LCS 14), the Lewis and Clark-class dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Cesar Chavez, the Republic of Singapore navy Independence-class littoral mission vessel RSS Dauntless (LMV 21) and an MH-60R Sea Hawk helicopter assigned to the "Warlords" of Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 5, prepare to sail in formation in the Philippine Sea during Exercise Pacific Griffin 2023, June 22, 2023. Pacific Griffin 2023 is the fourth iteration of the biennial maritime exercise between the U.S. and Republic of Singapore.
