BALTIC SEA (June 15, 2023) An F/A-18E Super Hornet from the "Ragin' Bulls" of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 37 flies in formation with partners and allies during Baltic Operations Exercise (BALTOPS), June 15, 2023. BALTOPS 23 is the premier maritime-focused exercise in the Baltic Region. The exercise, led by U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa, and executed by Naval Striking and Support Forces NATO, include ships and ashore units from 11 NATO Ally nations and provides a unique training opportunity to strengthen combined response capabilities critical to preserving freedom of navigation and security in the Baltic Sea.
