Fleet Week New York
NEW YORK (May 24, 2023) Marines and Sailors aboard the amphibious assault ship USS WASP (LHD 1) salute the Statue of Liberty during the Fleet Week New York (FWNY) 2023 parade of ships, May 24, 2023. During FWNY 23 more than 3,000 service members from the Navy, Marine Corps, U.S. Coast Guard and NATO allies from Great Britain, Italy, the Netherlands and Canada are engaging in special events throughout New York City and the surrounding Tri-State Region, showcasing the latest capabilities of todayÕs maritime services and connecting with citizens.
