ATLANTIC OCEAN (May 19, 2023) A Marine Corps AV-8B Harrier assigned to the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) takes off during deck landing qualifications aboard the Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Bataan (LHD 5) during a composite training unit exercise in the Atlantic Ocean, May 19, 2023. A composite training unit exercise is the final exercise in the pre-deployment training program for the 26th MEU, providing the training needed to be a force in readiness.
