(April 22, 2023) Engineers from Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE) pilot unmanned aerial vehicles during the 2023 Ultimate Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Competition, April 22, 2023, in Newport, N.C.. Students representing eastern North Carolina high schools designed UAVs for the competition, which evaluated speed and maneuverability.
