SAN DIEGO (Apr. 24, 2023) Sailors from various commands conduct training at the 19F3A Firefighting Trainer at Naval Base San Diego. The trainer is a three story building which houses a simulated ship's engine, boiler, supply rooms, CIC, laundry, electrical, berthing, and galley compartments, generating representative shipboard Class Alpha, Bravo, and Charlie fires for students to combat under realistic shipboard conditions.
