PACIFIC OCEAN (April 17, 2023) Aviation Electrician’s Mate 2nd Class Kyle Heine, a native of Hillsboro, Ore., assigned to the “Golden Dragons” of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 192, installs a tow line guide on an F/A -18E Super Hornet in the hangar bay aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70).
