Eleven Congressional staff members from a variety of offices on Capitol Hill embark a CMV-22 Osprey to fly out to USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70), for an overnight embark. The Navy Office of Legislative Affairs executes Staff Delegations to provide Congressional staff a unique opportunity to see naval operations and to interact with Sailors.
