Eleven Congressional staff members from a variety of offices on Capitol Hill observe Carrier Qualifications conducted by Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 125 and VFA-147 aboard USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70). The Navy Office of Legislative Affairs executes Staff Delegations to provide Congressional staff a unique opportunity to see naval operations and to interact with Sailors.
