MEDITERRANEAN SEA (Feb. 27, 2023) The Ohio-class guided-missile submarine USS Florida (SSGN 728) participates in a special operations forces interoperability exercise in the Mediterranean Sea, Feb. 27, 2023. These operations demonstrate U.S. European Command's ability to rapidly deploy Special Operations Forces throughout the theater at a time and place of our choosing, and the U.S. commitment to train with allies and partners to deploy and fight as multinational forces and SOF to meet today's challenges.
