Daniel Dwyer, commander of Joint Force Command Norfolk (JFC-NF) and U.S. 2nd Fleet, observe flight operations with Finnish President Sauli Niinisto aboard the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69), March 10, 2023. Del Toro hosted the tour for Niinisto to discuss JFC-NF and U.S. 2nd Fleet roles and capabilities within NATO.
