Brad Collins, commander of Navy Region Europe, Africa, Central, is given a tour of the Expeditionary Medical Facility (EMF) on Camp Lemonnier by U.S. Navy Cmdr. Stephanie Paone, EMF officer-in-charge for Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti (CLDJ).
