YOKOSUKA, Japan (Dec. 19, 2022) Sailors aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Shoup (DDG 86) moor the ship as it arrives at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) as the newest addition to Commander, Task Force (CTF) 71/Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15.
