Morgan Pate, veterinarian attached to the hospital ship USNS Comfort (T-AH 20), center, performs an orchiectomy, neutering a male dog during the Continuing Promise spay and neutering clinic in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, Nov. 4, 2022.
