PHILIPPINE SEA (Oct. 29, 2022) Sailors aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Higgins (DDG 76) man the phone and distance line while conducting a fueling-at-sea with the U.S. Navy’s only forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) in the Philippine Sea.
